At Ruiz Raw Farm, our milk comes from our A2/A2 Jersey cows. We keep our herd small so daily care and attention stay at the heart of what we do.

Our milk is raw, triple-filtered, and non-homogenized. Its cream naturally rises to the top—shake it back in or enjoy the cream separately.

A few things to know

What does A2/A2 mean?

It describes the beta-casein protein produced by our cows. Our A2/A2 Jerseys produce the A2 form. A2 milk still contains lactose and milk allergens.

Why is there cream on top?

Our milk is non-homogenized, so the cream naturally separates and rises. Gently shake the container to mix it back in.

How much milk can I receive?

Membership is based on your weekly allocation. Ask us about current capacity and available options before enrolling.

Where do I pick up?

Our farm is in Shallowater, Texas. Your pickup location and schedule are confirmed during enrollment.
